I used him previously to buy my current house and I used him again to sell my existing townhome property. He assisted in helping manage several things prior to even listing the house. For example, he checked his realtor contacts to inquire about cleaning services (over and above!). He even cleaned up the back patio himself (over and above!). Once the house was listed he fully and consistently communicated with me on the showings, potential offers, and finally on 2 offers received.
